In this class we demonstrated how everyday items can be used to protect yourself. We covered striking with an iPhone®, how to strike with a stainless steel Sharpie® or use it for leverage during finger locks/breaks. Also utilizing a quality flashlight to temporary blind an assailant and/or strike vital areas. |
